We have all seen the television specials featuring the adorable faces that seem to be aging beyond their years, but the special is always about someone somewhere else with no personal connection to your life. This all changed recently for the Paramore team.
We fell in love with a little girl named Carly-Q that is fighting the accelerated aging disease called Progeria. Carly-Q is the beautiful daughter of a former Paramore business associate, Heather.
We adore all of our clients, but Carly-Q has a special place in our hearts.
Hannah and the Paramore team lost contact with Heather through the years, but a chance encounter crossed their paths again. The sweet faces from the television specials were then intertwined with Paramore, and it became more personal for us. When Heather expressed a need for design assistance, we were happy to help!
Leanna Norwood, Paramore Junior Web Producer, was excited to start on the new display ads for Carly-Q.
“We decided to focus on the photos of Carly-Q this year, rather than logos or text. She has a story to tell and her photos bring attention to that story,” she said.

Leanna created highly visual, attention grabbing display ads that will appear on Glam Media Network, Value Click Network, and Dotomi.
“It was a joy and an honor to work on this project,” she said.
What is Progeria?
Progeria is a rare, fatal disease involving accelerated aging in children. These children die of heart disease at an average age of 13 years. Your support is needed now more than ever. The Progeria Research Foundation has identified 89 children with Progeria worldwide and they're working hard to find the other kids out there. Their budget has been doubled to bring in more high-level experts and get more studies going. They are planning the biggest, most expensive clinical drug trial yet. The Progeria Research Foundation is making so much progress, but they need more funds to reach that ultimate goal of a cure.
Click here to donate. No amount is too small; their goal of a cure starts with one – YOU. Don't forget to share this page to anyone who you think might want to donate too.
Thank you for supporting this year’s ONEpossible™ campaign, a time when people, ONE at a time, make the hope of a cure for Progeria POSSIBLE.
